Saudi Arabia’s Focus on Tourism

Tourism is now a core pillar of Saudi Arabia’s economic strategy, with the Kingdom investing billions into infrastructure, cultural events, and hospitality projects. The country has:

✔ Eased visa regulations to encourage international visitors.

✔ Hosted major global events such as Formula 1, music festivals, and sports tournaments.

✔ Developed mega-projects like NEOM, The Red Sea Project, and Al-Ula’s tourism initiative.

A key component of this transformation is the Saudi e-Visa and Visa on Arrival, simplifying the entry process for tourists from many countries.
