- The worker could ask his employer support to schedule an appointment with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to apply for a Family Residence Visa.
- This process results in a document known as the Yellow Slip.
- Determine the Appropriate Saudi Consulate
- The visa application must be submitted to the correct Saudi consulate, depending on the applicant’s nationality and country of residence.
- Gather Required Documents
The required documents may vary based on nationality and country of residence. Generally, applicants must submit:
- Valid Passport (minimun 6 months validity)
- Application document issued by the MFA (yellow slip)
- Copy of the Iqama of the family member residing in Saudi Arabia
- Submit the Application to the Saudi Consulate
Depending on the consulate, the application may need to be submitted in person (by appointment) or via courier/mail.
- Receive Your Family Residence Visa
Upon approval, a Family Residence Visa is issued, allowing dependents to enter Saudi Arabia.
